Expanded role – Construction

Our basic role is often as the client's representative - but some situations require more than that.
We are ready to take on increased responsibility when needed – both in smaller projects and in large projects where something needs to be resolved quickly.
We are not locked into our role – we are focused on the best interests of the project.
In smaller projects
We can take a holistic approach as a contractor according to ABT 06 or ABU 04 - with responsibility for procurement, coordination, call-offs and certain execution activities.
It is particularly suitable when we work with private individuals, small property owners or where a strong client organization is lacking.
In larger projects
Even when we manage projects on the client side, sometimes gray areas or smaller contracts arise that do not clearly fall under any party.
Then we can quickly take responsibility and solve it – without the project losing pace, flow or control.
